Happy New Year!
I've been putting this off for ages and figured I'd finally start the new year off with a new blog. My name is Kevin, and here are a few reasons for the blog's existence:
- I am a food enthusiast, explorer of Los Angeles, and aspiring filmmaker, hence the title. (More on that later.)
- I like sharing my thoughts with the world. Moreover, I find writing about them quite therapeutic.
- I have never blogged extensively for public viewing and look forward to the online conversations and discourse.
- After letting my LiveJournal languish and migrating to Twitter, I've missed long-form online journaling. I want to write more than just scripts.
- It would be a lie to say I weren't also thinking about working on a personal brand and increasing my online presence, but they are not my primary goals.
Admittedly, as I currently write this I am avoiding work on my script.
